These Terms govern your use of the RaptorTools application and website (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
You may use the Service for lawful, personal purposes. You agree not to misuse it, including: attempting to disrupt or overload our systems, scraping at scale, reverse-engineering, bypassing the authorization barrier, or using the tools to attack, scan or harm systems you do not own or have permission to test.
2. Ads & rewarded content
The Service is free and supported by advertising delivered via Google AdMob / Google Ad Manager. Some results may be unlocked by optionally watching a rewarded ad. Ads are provided by third parties and we are not responsible for their content.
3. No warranty
The tools are provided "as is" for informational purposes only. Results (DNS, SSL, redirects, link checks, reputation, etc.) may be incomplete or inaccurate and must not be solely relied upon for security decisions. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RaptorTools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
5. Third-party links
The Service may show or redirect to third-party links and websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Visit them at your own risk.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its branding and content are owned by RaptorTools or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without permission.
7. Termination
We may suspend or limit access to the Service (for example, for abuse) at any time, without notice.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of RaptorTools is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
